  There's one person in the store that needs to be terminated for her lack of knowledge and making me waste gas. I wanted to return my phone back and I expected to go smoothly. Go back to store, return my device and simply get my money back. Instead of that, she said to call customer service and tell them you need to cancel your phone and mail it back. I said okay I will do it later. Once I got home, I call the number she provided me. The lady on the line said that we couldn't do anything about it and that I had to return it back where I brought it from. So I thought well...now I have to waste gas. I went back to the store and told her that the lady on the line couldn't do anything and that the store were I brought it from is where they return it. She absolutely has no idea what she is doing and she would occasionally ask the other co-workers for help.
