  The person who helped my husband and myself was awesome. She took the time to make sure she answered all of our questions, which was very helpful in making the descission on which phones would serve our needs best. She explained the price and program we were on. Tammy even went to another store and sent me pictures of different colored phone covers. She met us back at the store a few days later with the phone cover I chose as well as my husband's new phone which had to be ordered. We had such a bad experience with our last phones and the lack of willingness of the employees at Verizon to help that I had almost decided to change providers. It was a pleasant surprise to see some new employee faces, and to have someone with such a good attitude take care of us. We appreciate all of Tammys expertise.
